For orders placed on weekdays, we process the order within 24-48 hours. A tracking number will be emailed to you after your order has been placed. 

All purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

NB: Please check your spam inbox to avoid missing delivery updates. If you include a mobile number in your order, please expect SMS updates from Australia Post or DHL Express.

All orders are delivered by Australia Post.

Express Delivery - $11.95 AUD

    • Includes tracking number via email/SMS confirmation
    • 1-4 business days depending on your location i.e metro/regional/rural
    • Free for orders over $100AUD

    If you live in an apartment building, we recommend selecting Delivery with Signature at checkout for an additional cost of $2.95.

    All orders are delivered by Australia Post or DHL Express.

      ESA LUXE CO does not accept responsibility for taxes or customs charges which may be imposed when your parcel is delivered, nor any delays in transit. 

      In the event that an international shipment attracts custom duties and taxes, you are required to pay all duties and taxes on the order upon the arrival of your goods in your country.  

      We will not accept parcels back for a refund where the customer has chosen to reject customs charges, as these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

      Please be aware that various countries have different thresholds. Please check your local government website for more information on tax duties. While we cannot provide information for all international destinations, please see below for guidance on a few.

      USA: Customs threshold is $1000 at which point duties and taxes may be imposed. Click here for more information.

      Change of Delivery Address

      Please email us at info@esaluxe.com within 2 hours of placing your order.

      This will enable us to quickly respond to changes and deliver your items to the correct address. 

      My tracking number says "Delivered" but I can't find my parcel...

      Under no circumstance is ESA LUXE CO responsible for lost or damaged packages. Customers assume all responsibility once the courier (e.g. Australia Post/DHL) has and processes your package.

      1. File a claim with Australia Post/DHL and they will track down your package.

      2. Communicate with your local police station and file a theft report.

      Alternatively, always select a delivery option with "signature on delivery" for additional parcel security and insurance.
