ESA LUXE CO. will accept pieces returned due to change of mind. Due to our strict hygiene policy, all jewellery sales (including earrings, bracelets, necklaces, watches, rings) are final except when the product is faulty or damaged. Due to hygiene reasons, we also do not accept returns/exchanges on bodysuits, swimwear or pieces designed with undergarments.
Please ensure that the item is returned to us in original packaging, unused and in re-sellable condition.

Please note: items purchased on sale or with a discount code are NOT eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds.
How To Place a Return
For Australian/New Zealand orders, we offer a 7 day return process from the date you received an item.
- For example, if you received a dress on the 1st of January please return the dress before the 8th of January.
For international orders, we offer a 14 day return process from the date you received an item.
- For example, if you received a dress on the 1st of January please return the dress before the 15th of January.
To be eligible for a return, your item should be unworn and in the same condition that you received it in the original packaging.
Please make sure that the item has tags and labels still attached. As a small business, we take great pride in providing our customers with quality, unique pieces. We ask that you respect your returned items as well.
We will not offer a refund for items that have been: worn, stained, washed or damaged. Please make sure all tags are attached to the piece. We thoroughly inspect each return before we process refunds.

We recommend using a tracking postage service in order to keep track of your return and make sure that it gets to us in a timely manner - i.e. before your return date ends - so that a full refund can be issued.
In the unlikely event that your item does not fit, we are happy to offer an exchange in size. Please follow our returns policy and fill out the form. We will contact you via email to arrange an exchange if stock is available. In the event that your preferred size is not available, a refund will be issued instead.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive credit within 2-5 business days, depending on your bank card issuer's policies.
Delivery & Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please note that the shipping costs will be deducted from your returns.
We accept order cancellations within 2 hours of your purchase.
An order cancellation email will be sent. You will receive a refund credit within 2-5 business days depending on your bank card issuer's policies.
Orders that have already been processed and sent will need to be returned at your own cost.
**Please Note: Cancellations on pre-ordered items will receive refunds in the form of store credit.
