Shipping policy

For orders placed on weekdays, we process the order. A tracking number will be emailed to you after your order has been placed. 

All purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

NB: Please check your spam inbox to avoid missing delivery updates. If you have included a mobile number in your order, please expect SMS updates from AusPost or DHL Express. 

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS

All orders are delivered by Australia Post. 

  • Standard Delivery - $3.95 AUD (2-6 business days; Free for orders over $50AUD)
  • Express Delivery - $8.95 AUD (1-4 business days; Free for orders over $100AUD)
  • Includes tracking number via email/SMS confirmation

If you live in an apartment building, we recommend selecting Delivery with Signature at checkout for an additional cost of $2.95. 

NEW ZEALAND ORDERS

All orders are delivered by Australia Post or DHL Express. 

  • Standard Delivery - $9.95 AUD (6-15 business days; Free for orders over $100 AUD)
  • Express Delivery - $24.95 AUD (2-4 business days; Free for orders over $150 AUD)
  • Includes tracking number via email/SMS confirmation

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

    Express Delivery

    • Standard International Delivery - $15 AUD (6-15 business days)
    • Express DHL Delivery - $30 AUD (3-5 business days)

      • United States of America

    Change of Delivery Address

    Please email us at info@esaluxe.com within 24 hours of placing your order.

    This will enable us to quickly respond to changes and deliver your items to the correct address. 

    My tracking number says "delivered" but I can't find my parcel...

    Under no circumstance is ESA LUXE CO responsible for lost or damaged packages. Customers assume all responsibilty once Australia Post has and processes your package.

    1. File a claim with Australia Post and they will track down your package.

    2. Communicate with your local police station and file a theft report.

    Alternatively, always select a delivery option with signature on delivery for extra security.
